As a nationally famous production base of auto accessories balance weights, Xianxian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province has made a small balance weight into a "big article" of rural revitalization.
The balance weight is an indispensable part of the car tire. Installing the balance weight on the tire can keep the wheel in dynamic balance under high-speed rotation.
It is understood that as early as the 1990s, the first batch of balance weight manufacturers appeared in Leitou Township, Xianxian County.
With the continuous growth of the automobile market, the local "production workshops" that were relatively extensive have gradually transformed into refined and scientific ones.
Relevant statistics of Xianxian County show that today, there are more than 80 large and small balance block enterprises in the county.

The prosperity of the industry has brought real "bonus" to the local people.
Statistics show that these enterprises have created more than 2,000 jobs for the nearby people, allowing villagers to achieve employment, increase income and become rich at the doorstep of their homes.
"Working in front of the house makes more money, and it is convenient to take care of the family. This is something that I didn't dare to think about before." said Cui Shuyun, a villager in Shenyu Village, Leitou Township, who works in a local balancer company.
Today, the daily output of balance blocks in Leitou Township, Xianxian County is about 100 tons.
The "balance block" not only solves the problem of local people's employment nearby, but also injects new vitality into the rural revitalization.
"We implement policies tailored to local conditions and enterprises, and according to the production and operation conditions of enterprises, carry out special policy publicity and guidance, and encourage enterprises to set up foreign trade teams, explore overseas markets, and take the road of high-quality rural revitalization." Secretary of the Party Committee of Leitou Township, Xianxian County Fan Bo said.
According to the statistics of Xianxian County, up to now, the main business income of the balance block enterprises in the county has exceeded 300 million yuan.
