Study recommends coffee: Reduces the risk of death from any disease

A study concluded that drinking two to four cups of coffee a day reduces the risk of death from any disease by a third, even if it is sweetened with sugar.

And the British newspaper "Daily Mail" reported that researchers monitored people who drank coffee, sweetened or unsweetened, or not for seven years, in a study that included 170,000 Britons in their fifties.

The researchers concluded that drinking between two to four cups of coffee a day is beneficial, regardless of whether it is sweetened or not.

The risk of death from diseases was reduced among those who drank unsweetened coffee by 29% compared to those who did not drink coffee, while the risk decreased among those who drank sweetened coffee by 31%.

But researchers from Southern Medical University in Guangzhou, China, said that the average person who drinks coffee adds one tablespoon of sugar.

Experts have warned that this amount is much lower than that placed by famous coffee shops.
