  On May 23, Sun Mou (male, 42 years old), as a risk person associated with Huaxi Plaza in Haidian, received a community home quarantine notice.

During the home isolation period, the person violated the requirement to stay at home, went out many times, and was active in the community, causing the risk of the spread of the epidemic.

On May 28, Sun and his wife tested positive for nucleic acid, causing 258 people in the same building to be transferred and quarantined, and more than 5,000 other community residents were quarantined at home.

  Pan Xuhong said that at present, the police have filed a criminal case against Sun in accordance with the law.
