The first impression that Wuhan gave me is that both the provincial and municipal governments and the people of Wuhan are very hardworking, optimistic and diligent. They all hope to recover some of the losses during the epidemic. I think their Efforts are not in vain, and then in 2021, it will increase by 12.2%. At that time, I saw this Wuhan is very energetic.

[Explanation] In November 2021, the Hubei Provincial People's Government and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government established the "Hubei-Hong Kong Cooperation Conference" mechanism in Wuhan, which is also the first high-level government cooperation mechanism established between the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the central mainland provinces.

In the 14th Five-Year Plan, under the new international situation, how can young Hong Kong friends make more contributions to the country?
