In its latest ranking, Reporter Without Borders issues the alert: if Europe remains the best pupil of the 5 continents, within the European Union too, the democracies where press freedom is considered "good" are becoming a minority: 8 out of 27 member countries only.

And since the Russian invasion of Ukraine three months ago, this question of access to free and independent information has arisen again in a crucial way. How to avoid propaganda while protecting freedom of expression? Does the conflict in Ukraine limit access to these fundamental freedoms: information and expression?
