At the nucleic acid testing site in Dongfeng South Community, Dongrun Fengjing Community, Dongfeng Township, Chaoyang District, Beijing, there is a beautiful figure, Maria from Sierra Leone.
She came to China to participate in the competition in 2007 and was well known to Chinese audiences for "Avenue of Stars".
She also won the Miss World double champion, known as the "Black Pearl".
Now, Maria has lived in China for 15 years and regards it as her first hometown.
After the outbreak, she immediately contacted the community to become a volunteer and stayed on the front line.
