  Up to now, the search and rescue work for the on-site personnel has been completed, and the aftermath work is being carried out in an orderly manner.

  According to reports, the 24-hour rainfall in Shifang Town, Wuping County reached 221.3 mm, and the process rainfall and hourly rainfall exceeded the historical extremes.

The heavy rain caused 9,700 residents in several townships to be affected to varying degrees.

  After the disaster, Wuping County immediately set up an emergency rescue and rescue headquarters to coordinate and organize rescue forces such as emergency, fire rescue, electricity, communications, and transportation, and quickly took effective measures to do a good job in rescue work.

  According to preliminary statistics, the disaster caused 3,106 mu of crops in the county to be damaged, 1,070 mu of crops failed, 272 landslides of about 5,100 cubic meters, and 39 houses collapsed.

There are 57 traffic interruptions in 7 roads in the county, 5 of which have been cleared, and the rest are being cleared; 10 irrigation facilities have been damaged, and 4 communications have been interrupted; A total of 1,612 people were transferred and resettled.
