Shocking tweet for wives from a family counselor

Saudi family advisor, Dr. Abdullah Al-Salman, confirmed that some wives think only of their personal interests, despite their shortcomings in the husband's rights and failure to meet his needs.

Al-Salman said in a tweet to him on Twitter: "Some wives think only of their personal interests, so they want her husband to praise her constantly, to pledge gifts to her on every occasion, to fill her with affection and not to return her request."

He continued: "That wife wants her husband to forgive her shortcomings and not criticize her frequent visits to her friends, and she is deficient in his rights and stingy in praising him and does not meet his needs."

The Saudis, according to Al-Muwatin newspaper, interacted with Al-Salman's tweet, and stressed the need for mutual interest between the two parties, so that the wife does not overburden her husband with many requirements, with the need for the husband to take into account his wife's emotional needs.

Shumoos wrote: "The interest should be mutual, and if the giving is from one side, it will be drained and then stop at a stage when the other party may need it." Shumoukh Al Shamal agreed with her, saying the opposite is true.

A follower commented: "Indeed, some wives in this generation are only interested in their own interests, and they want the husband to fulfill everything for them, and they do not take into account a husband or the husband's interest."

Family counselor Abdullah Al-Salman is keen to share with his followers advice on marital and family life. He confirmed in a previous tweet that the husband’s sleep outside the bedroom leads to moral separation between the two parties.

Al-Salman wrote: “Sleeping outside the bedroom without a convincing justification is an unpleasant behavior for your wife.
