The Ascension Bridge turned into a fiasco on Thursday for many passengers who had to fly away for a long weekend.

Several of them who were to fly on easyJet found themselves stuck Thursday at Toulouse-Blagnac airport, but also in other European terminals, or even Lyon or Nice.

The airline was faced with a computer failure that caused cascading cancellations and delays.

“Unfortunately we are currently experiencing IT systems issues which means flights due to depart between 1pm and 3pm UK time could be impacted today.

Our team of IT specialists are working to restore systems as soon as possible,” the airline said in a statement, apologizing for the inconvenience.

@easyJet fourth flight canceled from Toulouse...a reason to share with the 500 people currently like idiots at the airport?
