China News Service, May 26. According to the WeChat public account of "Shanghai Release", at the press conference on Shanghai's epidemic prevention and control work held on the morning of May 26, Yang Zhenfeng, deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, introduced how primary and secondary school students return to school. related arrangements.

Yang Zhenfeng introduced that, taking into account factors such as the epidemic prevention and control situation, the progress of preparations before the school resumes, and the necessary time for candidates to study offline, after careful research and reporting to the Shanghai Leading Group for Epidemic Prevention and Control for approval, the decision was made for the city's senior three and senior two students. From June 6th, the third grade students will return to school from June 13th; students in other grades of primary and secondary schools will continue to study online at home until the end of the semester. The school can arrange a return to school activity for students before the end of the semester. Grade 5 students hold graduation ceremonies, etc.); kindergartens, nurseries, and nursery institutions will no longer arrange to return to the kindergarten.

Students from families with real difficulties in taking care of them at home can apply to go to the school from June 6, and the school and the kindergarten will provide relevant services.

Due to the special circumstances, there is no mandatory requirement for the students of Senior Three, Senior Two and Junior Three to return to school this time. Candidates and their parents can choose to return to school to resume school, or they can choose to review online at home.

Yang Zhenfeng said that after returning to school, how to ensure the safety of students is the first thing to consider.

To this end, the Shanghai Municipality is working together in six areas:

The first is to complete the disinfection of the campus in accordance with the regulations to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the campus.

At present, the campus shelters and campus transfer platforms have all been shut down, and each district has organized professional institutions to carry out at least 3 final sterilizations on these campuses. For a week or so, let the sterilized campus be fully ventilated.

Before students return to school, the school will also conduct a comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of the campus; for campuses that are not used as campus shelters or transit platforms, the district education department and schools will also organize comprehensive cleaning and disinfection in accordance with the norms to ensure Students return to a safe and clean campus.

Second, it is equipped with specialized nucleic acid sampling and testing capabilities.

The Shanghai Municipal Education Commission has required all districts to set up nucleic acid sampling sites in each school that has the task of returning to school before students return to school, provide sufficient sampling force according to the number of returning students, and provide special sampling services for teachers and students in a closed-loop way. At the same time, a professional testing institution is determined to provide nucleic acid testing services for teachers and students, so that the test results can be released within 12 hours after sampling, so as to ensure that students complete the sampling in the school every day after school, and can obtain the test results before going to school the next day, so as to normalize the campus. Provide protection for epidemic prevention and control.

The third is to implement campus grid management.

Each school is formulating a campus grid management plan. After the school resumes, the school will divide the management grid according to the campus functions and grades. Teachers and students of different grades and classes belong to different grids. Avoid cross-contact so that, in the event of a sporadic infection, control measures can be implemented according to a grid to narrow the scope of the impact.

For students who choose accommodation, the school implements semi-closed management (living on campus during the week and going home on weekends), and the school will do its best to ensure students’ study and living.

Fourth, do a good job in the health management of returning teachers and students.

The school will rely on the campus site code, "digital sentinel" and the dedicated "Shenshengkang" platform for teachers and students to carry out daily health checks on teachers, students and family members living with them.

After returning to school, teachers and students need to undergo "two tests and two tests" every day, that is, one antigen test before arriving at the school, one nucleic acid sampling before leaving the school, and two body temperature tests at the school every day.

Fifth, strengthen campus epidemic prevention resources and material reserves.

The two-level education and disease control departments in Shanghai have established an emergency response mechanism for the epidemic situation on primary and secondary schools. Each district will reserve hotels with relatively good conditions according to a certain proportion of the number of teachers and students returning to school, as special closely-connected and isolated housing resources, so that in the event of a situation Transit isolation can be completed as quickly as possible.

All districts should also support schools to reserve relevant epidemic prevention materials according to the amount of teachers, students and employees who arrive at the school for not less than one month.

The sixth is to implement student care measures.

Strengthen the communication and coordination between home and school, and strengthen the care and love for students' study and life.

Especially for students whose parents are fighting on the front line of anti-epidemic, students who have been infected with the new crown or have experience in close isolation, and students with relatively difficult learning conditions, the school will make a list, set up a special team of teachers, establish a regular contact mechanism, and carefully implement the "one person, one policy" policy ”, adopt various methods to meet the learning needs of students, and do a good job of personalized learning guidance in a timely manner.

For students with abnormal nucleic acid tests after returning to school, they will be promptly transferred to the municipal-level unified Oriental Green Boat Medical Observation Point for teachers and students, and excellent teachers will be arranged to provide online counseling for these children.

For students who are in close contact after returning to school, they will be transferred to the dedicated isolation places prepared in each district in time. With the approval of the epidemic control department, parents can apply for accompanying students to accompany them. At the same time, excellent teachers will also be arranged to provide online tutoring for them.

Yang Zhenfeng said, "We will also set up a special test cabin and an emergency examination room for the college entrance examination and the high school entrance examination to provide service guarantees for candidates infected with the new crown and close contact candidates to ensure that they can "take all the exams". The high school entrance examination is related to the future and long-term of children. Parents will definitely have a lot of worries and anxiety, please rest assured, we will do all kinds of preparations carefully, and do our best to create good conditions for candidates to review and prepare for the exam.”

Yang Zhenfeng also said that in addition, this semester is coming to an end, considering the needs of epidemic prevention and control and the actual online teaching, the compulsory education stage will no longer organize a unified final exam from the first grade of primary school to the second grade of junior high school. The school can combine student homework and online learning. Based on the status and performance of online activities, comprehensive evaluation of students is carried out to guide students to form a positive learning attitude, develop good study habits, and maintain and improve their interest in learning.

The first and second grades of senior high school refer to the implementation.
