Medical warning.. In this case, eating vegetables may be fatal

An endocrinologist said that eating vegetables in case of allergy can be fatal.

In an interview with the Russian newspaper, "Vechernaya Moskva", Specialist Dr. Yelena Chetinina notes that vegetables and raw foods containing a high percentage of vitamin K may exacerbate stomach diseases, and in the case of allergies can cause death.

But leafy vegetables, such as onions, spinach, lettuce, and others, contain a large number of beneficial substances such as vitamins A, B, K and ascorbic acid, and these substances slow the absorption of cholesterol and carbohydrates, and therefore belong to diet products.

And according to “Russia Today”, the expert notes that in the case of an allergy to parsley or onions, “eating them may become the last time in a person’s life.”

Intolerance to these products is also a reason to refrain from eating them, but this effect is usually temporary, that is, it can be added to the diet again after six months.

She adds: Eating vegetables in large quantities can have a negative effect on people suffering from gastritis, ulcers, pancreatitis and kidney stones, but the effect of these products in the body can be reduced and their beneficial properties preserved through heat treatment.
