  Yingcai Company claims to be the earliest and largest third-party certification organization in China.

Wang Qingyun, the legal representative of Yingcai, said that the company goes to the market supervision department for filing every year, and the "general business items" of the business license applied for contain professional skills appraisal, and there is no "licensed business item", so there is no need to file with the human resources and social security department.
