, a flamboyant biopic of Elvis Presley directed by Baz Luhrmann, the Cannes Film Festival vibrated to the sound of hits from the King of Rock.
The director and Tom Hanks received their share of cheers before the screening but it was the young Austin Butler who got the most acclaim at the end, which is only fair as he is the film's revelation in the title role. .

After the screening, the evening continued on Plage Stéphanie for a real Cannes party like we hadn't seen in three years!
In a setting as colorful as the film, the guests felt transported to a fantasy Las Vegas.
