By targeting the latter, it was possible to arrest him when he was in the workshop, owned by him, and he was in possession of (58) iron numbers, and by confronting him with the statements of the arrested defendants, he supported them and confessed to possessing the seized items with the intent of using them to manipulate the chassis and motor numbers and rewriting the numbers again, and he added that he disposed of one of the seized cars after the sale He tampered with its essential parts and replaced the parts of the chassis and motor numbers installed on it with another car of the same brand and color of a "good-faith" person, and by summoning him he admitted buying the car from a relative of the last accused (he is being summoned), and he denied knowing that it was the proceeds of a theft.

In the technical examination of the cars, it was found that the accused had tampered with their essential parts, "chassis and motor numbers."

By summoning the victims, they recognized the cars and accused them of theft.
