According to the Japan Coast Guard, a tour boat sank off the Shiretoko Peninsula in Hokkaido, and on the 23rd, it was lifted from the seabed of the site to about 20 meters below the sea surface and carried by a work boat while being suspended in the sea. It means that the hull fell on the morning of the 24th.

At around 10:20 am on the 24th, the salvage company contacted the Japan Coast Guard saying, "I lost the hull sometime between 8 am and 10 am," and when I searched the site sea area with an underwater camera, it was 11:30. It was confirmed that it had passed and sank to the bottom of the sea at a depth of 182 meters.

The hull was in the process of being moved toward Shari-cho, Hokkaido.
