  The recruitment conditions mainly include: First, retired medical staff under the age of 65, or licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies, school doctors, and clinical medical students in medical schools.

The second is under the age of 60, with a college degree or above.

Those with relevant professional study or work experience in clinical medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, preventive medicine, hospital management, health management and biomedicine are preferred, and the age can be appropriately relaxed.

The Beijing Branch of the Chinese Medical Association will screen and review the applicants according to the volunteer registration status, and organize the qualified personnel to receive professional training. Those who pass the training and assessment will officially become the Beijing nucleic acid sampling service volunteers and will be included in the Beijing nucleic acid sampling service. Sampling the emergency reserve personnel pool, and arrange to participate in the nucleic acid sampling work according to the needs of the work.
