  At 6:30 p.m. on May 18, Lele (a pseudonym), a 5-year-old boy, was squatting alone in the east of the flower bed in the Kailinrui community in Suqian city, when a black car turned from here and accidentally knocked Lele. Rolled into the bottom of the car.
