Season 10 of the France 2 series "Candice Renoir", currently being broadcast, will not ultimately sign the end of the program.
France Télévisions has indeed announced that the latter, which was to become a TV movie collection, finally retains its format and will be entitled to an eleventh season.

The France 2 detective series carried by actress Cécile Bois was to end this year with a tenth season, currently being broadcast.
The public group had announced that it would transform the series into occasional TV movies.
But France Télévisions reversed its decision.
Candice Renoir
will finally be entitled to an eleventh season of at least six additional episodes, which are being written, according to information from the newspaper
Le Parisien-Aujourd'hui in France.

The eleventh season will still experience a major change in the series: Candice Renoir will be transferred.
The series will no longer be shot in Sète, but in Marseille.
Either in the city where France Télévisions has promised to shoot many fictions to compensate for the stoppage of
Plus belle la vie
.
On the other hand, the announced telefilm which was to bring together the
Candice Renoir
and
Alex Hugo
series is finally canceled.
There will therefore be no cross-over, as we say when two series mingle in one and the same fiction.
A decision taken because of the schedules of the actors who were too busy.
