Due to the personal injury that occurred at Ebisu Station on the JR Saikyo Line, the direct trains on the Saikyo Line, Shonan-Shinjuku Line, and Sotetsu Line, which had been suspended, resumed operation around 9 am.
The JR Yamanote Line also suspended operation on all inner and outer loops, but resumed operation at 9:07 am.
