In Congo Kinshasa, former Prime Minister Matata Ponyo has just created a party, LGD, Leadership and Governance for Development, and announces his presidential candidacy at the end of 2023. Last year, Senator Matata Ponyo was hot .
He lost his parliamentary immunity and was threatened with legal proceedings and in the end, the Constitutional Court declared itself incompetent.
But today, he remains on his guard, because he is still under judicial control.
He denounces harassment of power against him.
