On May 14, the reporter saw at a port in Shanghai that many boat people engaged in transportation were stranded on board.

It is understood that more than 150 ships and more than 300 people were stranded at the port at most. As of May 13, there were more than 70 ships and about 180 people.

These boat people all came to Shanghai with sediment transported from other places, and they were stranded here due to epidemic control.

The street where the port is located has arranged for them some help such as nucleic acid testing, delivery of domestic water, and delivery of group shopping supplies, but many boaters still have insufficient supplies, so they grow vegetables in the sediment they transported and fish in the river for drying. Dried fish to tide you over.

At present, some boat people have been stranded for nearly 50 days.
