Weighing, grinding, brewing... how does the unseen barista make a cup of coffee?

In Liwan, Guangzhou, there is a special coffee shop "Palm Coffee". Half of the baristas in the shop are visually impaired.

Since the store opened at the end of 2019, more than 20 baristas who are totally blind or have low vision have been working in the store.

At present, there are 3 full-time visually impaired baristas in the "Palm Coffee" store. Wei Lin is the first batch of visually impaired people who have passed the barista training and obtained the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association World Specialty Coffee Association) practice primary certification.
