The man was sitting on a balcony on the 22nd floor with his body half facing out.
In order to stabilize the man's emotions, the firefighters, the police and the property staff took turns to persuade him to comfort him for more than an hour. They also called his family to help him comfort him, but the man became more and more agitated and his body began to shake.
The fire rescue personnel fastened the safety rope and quietly climbed over the fence. When the man was distracted by the phone call, he approached carefully from behind, and quickly hugged the man and kept close to the fence.
With the cooperation of the rescuers at the scene, the man was pulled back to the balcony and was successfully rescued.
