Odile is 54 years old and has 3 children, she is a woman whose experience can be read on her facial features.
Since 2016, she has been raising awareness in the field on obstetric fistula, one of the most serious injuries of motherhood.
She roams neighborhoods and villages looking for sick women to bring them to the hospital.
“
I lived with fistula for 23 years.
I was rejected by everyone, I had to live in a dump with my baby.
The day I was healed, I volunteered to support my sisters, so that no woman suffers in silence.

Her fight: to get women to seek treatment so that they can regain their dignity and their place in the community.
Raphaëlle Constant
followed her during a talk in a district of the city of Man.
