The Propaganda Department of the Tianlin County Party Committee of the Communist Party of China issued a notice on the evening of the 10th. On the morning of May 10th, it received reports from the masses that the water body of some sections of the Leli River was red.
After receiving the report, Tianlin County Party Committee and County People's Government immediately launched an emergency plan, established a disposal working group, formulated a disposal plan, and quickly carried out disposal work.
Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Department of Ecology and Environment, Baise Municipal Party Committee and Municipal People's Government immediately dispatched a working group to Tianlin to guide the disposal work.
The report said that at 18:30 that day, the source of the abnormal color of the water body had been initially found and cut off, and the water body was not affected.
After testing, in addition to the color of the water being infrared, the acute toxicity of water organisms, chemical oxygen demand, heavy metals and other indicators are all within the normal range.
Monitoring and follow-up work are continuing to be strengthened.
