The accused decided by a precedent that he knew the victim and the date of the incident, a quarrel occurred between them due to differences between them, during which he assaulted her with a piece of wood and finished it with a “found” piece of cloth, killing her. Legal measures were taken regarding the incident, and the Public Prosecution office took over the investigation.
