A mother kills 3 of her children and the fourth miraculously survives after taking refuge in the neighbours
The accident occurred at the family's home in Woodland Hills, California.
American police arrested a mother, Sunday, after finding her three children had died in their home in Los Angeles.
The bodies of the three children, ages 8 and 12, were found in a Woodland Hills home around 7:40 a.m. Sunday, Los Angeles police officials said.
And members of the Los Angeles Fire Department announced the deaths of children at the scene.
Officials said their mother was detained in connection with the death.
Subsequently, she was arrested and taken to hospital for a psychological evaluation.
The mother was charged with murder early Monday.
A neighbor told Fox 11 she heard screaming from the house before the police arrived.
Neighbor Priscilla Canales said: "I couldn't see anyone, I kept hearing a voice shouting 'My family is abusing me,' I kept hearing screaming, but I couldn't tell what the mother was saying."
It is unclear exactly how the children died.
A fourth child reportedly ran into a neighbor's house and was unharmed, only miraculously surviving.
According to the American press, no other details were disclosed by the authorities.
