Smartphone, television, computer, … it is on average 60% of our free time according to a study of December 2021 in France.

What consequences on the life of a couple?

If some see it as a way to talk to each other and see each other more, even virtually, for others, the time spent playing video games, watching series, scrolling on Instagram or chatting on social networks, it's is so much less time to communicate with his or her partner.
