Egyptian singer Omar Kamal was subjected to a sharp attack from his followers on social media, because of the poster for his new song "Anti Katta".

Omar Kamal appears in the song's poster, along with his fellow popular singer Hamada Magdy, who sings it with him, as they put their hands on the stomach of a pregnant woman, which exposed them to a severe attack.

According to "Sada Al-Balad" website, Omar Kamal's followers on "Facebook" accused him of harassment, and one of his followers wrote: "From you to God, Omar, Kamal, you ruined the youth," while another said: "Do what you want, you are on a date with God."

A third wrote: "God counts for you, Omar. We are all supposed to cancel a follow-up, but unfortunately we are the ones who succeeded."

Another follower wrote: "What, artist, do you want to tell Lina exactly? The picture, frankly, is an outrage of modesty. I think it is a serious defect."

And the Egyptian Syndicate of Musical Professions announced last February that festivals singer Omar Kamal had been suspended pending an investigation into his statements on a television program, during which he attacked the union and Captain Hani Shaker because of their “obstinacy” against festival singers.
