In an exclusive interview with Kulturnyheterna, Dojd's CEO and founder Natalia Sindejeva talks about how she felt that day and about the current situation.

-I could not understand that I made the decision to stop the channel's operations after all the setbacks we have encountered in recent years.

It was a very difficult decision.

Natalia Sindejeva is currently abroad and is unsure when they can resume work.

-There are no chances to start our business in Russia right now.

We can clearly see that people are afraid to speak freely, people are persecuted and arrested.

When the so-called special operation started, it was immediately realized that war censorship would be introduced.

This war is based on lies and propaganda and the state-controlled media use Goebbels' methods.

-We want to start up editorial offices abroad where there is a widespread Russian community.

We want to do that in, for example, Armenia, Georgia and Latvia to unite those who are on our side and share our values.

-Vladimir Romensky, who was editor-in-chief the same day when the work was stopped, said in an inspiring speech that it is better to retire now to come back and win.
