A video of a pregnant woman giving birth" went viral online.

  The police verified and confirmed that the video accompanying the text was a rumor, and seized the offender Li (male, 42 years old).

Li explained that in order to gain attention, he added false captions to the obtained online videos and forwarded them to multiple WeChat groups.

Later, the content caused network dissemination, causing adverse effects.

At present, Li has been administratively punished by the public security organ in accordance with the law for disturbing public order by fictitious facts.
