On this point, Cédric Jubillar's lawyers will not succeed.

Samuel Simon-Vuelta, the public prosecutor of Toulouse, indicates this Friday that he "does not plan to launch an investigation" for violation of the secrecy of the instruction.

The advice of the husband and main suspect in the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar had requested the magistrate after the publication on April 26 in

Le Parisien

of the details of two reports, one on the expertise of the broken glasses of the missing nurse, the another on the psychiatric expertise of Cédric Jubillar.

The defenders of the latter had then not hidden their anger to learn of elements of which they had not yet had communication.

Date verification

The Toulouse prosecutor's office therefore checked.

“The report whose publication is disputed was added to the file on April 11 at 6:21 p.m., explains the prosecutor.

From that date, it was accessible and searchable by the parties”.

However, the protagonists of the case and their lawyers are not bound by the secrecy of the investigation and can communicate if they consider “that it is in their interest”.

"Not having to date any suspicion or specific element", Samuel Vuelta-Simon cannot therefore establish whether the leaks come from a person required to respect the legal rule.

The magistrate, on the other hand, joins the lawyers of Cédric Jubillar in deploring "the media treatment of this case, all the elements of which are constantly delivered".
