• On April 1, we launched 20 Mint, not convinced ourselves that it wasn't an April Fool's joke.

Since then, the project has taken on unsuspected proportions.

  • On April 26 and 27, we sold all 999 NFTs

  • A first editorial meeting took place on Discord on May 4 for those who own the famous typewriters.

After a short break to celebrate the successful sale of 999 NFT typewriters, the 20 Mint team is back with a busy schedule.

Objective: to set up the virtual editorial committee that will manage the biggest magazine ever devoted to Web 3. If you haven't followed the latest announcements around the project, here is where we are...

1. The editorial conference

Wednesday was our second live Q&A session with the community on Discord.

The sound is not crystalline but for the rest, we tried to be as transparent as possible.

Continuation of the operation, expected value of the NFT, new features to expect… We tell you everything we know during this question-and-answer session.

I promise we'll organize another one very soon;

with a sound finally at the height.

2. Pickaxe

This is the novelty that appeared on the 20 Mint discord.

It is displayed next to the pseudonyms of the participants who own one of the typewriters.

We call them the Mécascriptophiles between us, Méca for the intimates, and it is a very practical bot which checks that they indeed hold the famous NFT in their wallet.

Thus equipped, the Mécas can participate in the editorial committee of the magazine and vote for each call for projects.

If you don't have your own typewriter, pick here.

3. Mintors

Because they think of everyone, even the worst, the Capsule Corp team.

Labs, which transforms our ambitions into a functional web3 project, has imagined a council of wise men.

Its members, the Mintors, are the typewriter owners who participated in the initial sale of NFTs, the famous mint.

By participating in this founding act, they showed their early interest in the project and it is to them that we entrust the task of defending 20 Mint if a malicious person were to buy so many NFTs from the project that he could put in danger the voting mechanisms.

If necessary, this Council of Mintors could be convened and called upon to deliberate on the evolution of the rules of governance.

4. Ledgers

Our partner Ledger had hidden 10 nano S plus in typewriter NFTs.

They have all been discovered and their lucky winners will be able to claim them on May 15 by visiting the Tropee website.

We will ship them immediately unless you prefer to pick them up at the editorial office.

It will give us the opportunity to meet you.

5. The call for projects

First step for our participatory magazine, the census of women and men to whom we want to give the floor in 20 Mint.

As we will be dependent, once the list has been drawn up, on the agenda of the speakers selected, we wanted to make this point the first subject of our consultations.

Since Wednesday evening, the Méca can therefore offer on a Discord channel reserved for them the names of French-speaking web3 actresses and actors whom we will then be responsible for interviewing, portraying or citing in our articles.

At the end of the proposal phase on Friday evening May 6, a list will be drawn up.

The Mécas, and only them, will then have 48 hours to vote and establish a selection of 20 names on which the editorial team will work on Monday.
