According to the website of the Liaoning Provincial Health and Health Commission, from 0-24:00 on May 5, 2 new local confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia (from asymptomatic infections to confirmed cases) were added in Liaoning Province. Report from Dandong City; 61 new cases of local asymptomatic infections, including 36 cases reported in Dandong City, 24 cases in Yingkou City, and 1 case in Huludao City; 1 new case of imported asymptomatic infections, reported by Dalian City .
12 local asymptomatic infections and 5 imported asymptomatic infections were released from medical observation.
As of 24:00 on May 5, the province has reported a total of 1,655 confirmed cases (including 211 imported from abroad), 1,615 were cured and discharged, 2 died, and 38 were treated in the hospital (all local).
At present, there are 896 asymptomatic infections still under medical observation (890 domestic cases and 6 imported cases).
