　　China News Service, Changsha, May 3 (Fu Jingyi) The Changsha Public Security Bureau issued a police report on the 3rd saying that in the "4.29" self-built house collapse accident in Wangcheng District, Wu Mousheng and Ling Mouxing participated in the self-construction accident. The house was reformed in violation of regulations, suspected of major responsibility accident crime, and was criminally detained.

　　The report said that after the "4.29" residents' self-built houses collapsed in Wangcheng District, the Changsha Public Security Bureau continued to promote the special investigation.

After investigation, Wu Mousheng (from Wangcheng District) and Ling Mouxing (from Yueyang) participated in the illegal renovation of the self-built house and were suspected of major liability accidents.

　　On May 3, the public security organs criminally detained the above two persons according to law.

At present, the case is being further processed.
