The "Opinions" make it clear that by 2025, the training of "law-aware people" in Guangxi villages (communities) will be generally carried out, and each administrative village (community) in the region will train at least 5 "law-aware people", and the training mechanism will be standardized and teams will be basically formed. A work system of "people who understand the law" with reasonable structure and obvious functions, and strive to build a team of "people who understand the law" in rural (community) with high quality, excellent structure and practical use.
