Transitional housing, or socially shared housing projects, run by the social association is nothing new. The social association is also a "skilled craftsman". However, the "Xixin" project is believed to be much more difficult and challenging than previous projects, because it requires "one-handed" planning, construction, and even supervision of the completion of the building.

Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor thanked the Social Association for its support and contribution to transitional housing, and hoped that the Socialist Association could carry forward the transitional housing projects in two other places, in Yau Ma Hom, Kwai Chung, by making good use of the successful experience of "Happy Letter".
