Security men in Kuwait arrested a military man working in the Ministry of Interior in an abnormal condition, and fired on patrols and passers-by.
In the details, according to the Kuwaiti newspaper "Al-Rai", the General Administration of Relations and Security Media at the Ministry of Interior said in a statement today, Friday, that a report was received to the operations room stating that a person threatened a citizen with a firearm (pistol) in the Qurain market in the Sabhan area, and shot the patrols and passersby. When the security men arrived, the assailant was arrested, as it turned out that he was a soldier working for the Ministry of Interior.
The statement indicated that suspected narcotics were found in the military's possession, before being referred to the competent authorities.
