A level 3 fire broke out on Cape Street in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong this morning (28th), and two people were injured and sent to hospital for treatment.

  The fire broke out at about 6:38 this morning, and 12 minutes later, the fire was upgraded to level three. The fire area was about 20 meters by 15 meters. The Fire Department dispatched two smoke cap teams to rescue.

  The Hong Kong police said that one person fell from a height at the scene and fell into a coma for a while, but then regained consciousness and was sent to Yan Chai Hospital for treatment. Another person suffered abrasions.
