Suicide of an Egyptian journalist in the Al-Ahram building with his head falling from the balcony!

An Egyptian journalist working for the Al-Ahram Foundation ended his life by hanging inside his institution in the early hours of Thursday morning.


Sources revealed that the journalist, Imad El-Feki, committed suicide by hanging himself, as his head fell, which was separated from his body from the balcony of his office on the fourth floor of the building.


According to investigations, the incident occurred at 4:50 am today, when a worker in a church adjacent to the building found the journalist's head lying in the barrier separating the two buildings of the press organization near the church building.

While it was found that the journalist had hanged himself with a rope in the window of his office, and as a result, with his heavy body, his body was separated from his head and his head fell on the ground in a narrow street between the two buildings of the institution adjacent to each other, according to "Al Arabiya.net".

The sources revealed that the journalist, who is in his fifties and is married to two women, works in the news department of the prestigious institution, and was a candidate to take over the department's head, and there are no problems for him inside his workplace or with his colleagues.

For its part, the Public Prosecution took over the investigation, and ordered the summoning of some eyewitnesses and the journalist's wife, and the unloading of surveillance cameras.
