Four steps to protect you from acidity in Ramadan

The Health Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council has published, through its official account on social media, four tips through which you can protect yourself from acidity during fasting in Ramadan.

The council indicated that it is necessary to reduce the amount of food we eat in one meal, and also to avoid sleeping directly after eating and to make sure to stay awake for enough time after eating.

The council stressed the need for a person not to eat the Suhoor meal on any of the stimulants, citrus or any hot food, and concluded his advice that the person divide his breakfast into two or three parts and eat the Suhoor meal long enough before going to sleep.
