In order to prevent personnel from falling into the water on the ice surface during the flood season, the pre-preparation detachment of the Forest Fire Brigade in the Greater Xing'an Mountains carried out a comprehensive exercise against floods in the Oupu section of Heilongjiang, the Sino-Russian border river.
It is understood that the exercise was based on the ice dam disaster in the Oupu Township River section of Huma County, Heilongjiang Province, and set up the remote maneuvering of the backup team, the transfer of evacuees, the rescue of falling into water on the ice surface, and the dropping of life-saving equipment by drones. Simulate all aspects of the flood relief rescue and train the rescuers to carry out the task of preventing floods.
