Recipe

Fill a jar with unpeeled garlic cloves (preferably fresh garlic).

Cover with salt water (count 30 g per liter of water, i.e. a salinity of 3%, evaluate according to the liter of the jar).

You can replace the water with honey, to fill to the brim, with a sprig of thyme and rosemary.

Keep the jar closed 3 months before tasting.

Don't worry if bubbles form.
