Recently, in the Coxon Mountains of Burqin County, Xinjiang, the argali, a national second-class protected animal that lives in the mountains, has expanded its foraging range, and was caught up close to the scene of argali cubs foraging and walking in the mountains.

In the picture, the argali mother brought her cubs to the mountains for food. The cubs observed the new environment outside the mountains.

According to the staff of the Wildlife Conservation Station, the four argali cubs showed obvious curiosity about the wild, with small size and stable walking posture. , The cubs of this argali family should be born only two or three days, and some are about a week.

In recent years, Burqin County has continued to strengthen ecological construction, the living environment of wild animals has been significantly improved, and the number of wild animals is also increasing. At present, the number of argali in the Coxon Mountains area has increased to more than 1,500.

Today, in addition to argali, there are often wild animals such as goose-throated antelope, wolves, sand foxes, lynxes, and golden eagles foraging in the Coxon Mountains.
