Breaking the isolation of the elderly

According to the mayor of Plouasne, one of the municipalities benefiting from the device, the latter constitutes an effective alternative to the dematerialization of the procedures which has generated a form of administrative isolation for many elderly people.

On board their mobile counter, two reception agents go to meet them and accompany them from A to Z. Together, they carry out their online procedures related to the CAF, Pôle emploi, taxes or many other organizations. .

Thanks to this itinerant device, more than 1,500 accompaniments have already been carried out in almost a year in the fifteen municipalities concerned, according to our colleagues.
