4 people from one family were burned to death yesterday, Thursday, in the city of Safwa in the Qatif Governorate in Saudi Arabia, where the tragic incident occurred after a fire broke out in their house in which a burning substance was used, which indicates the existence of a criminal suspicion.
Eyewitnesses reported that the family was trapped in one of the rooms, and the neighbors were unable to save them after they tried to enter through one of the windows, but they were unable because of the presence of iron bars, "thief nets", according to the newspaper "Sabq".
The Civil Defense started the fire, and the remains of the 4 victims, the father, the mother, a young man and a young woman, were transferred, and the security authorities began investigating the incident and took custody of a young man from the family.
