As a result of the investigation, in the construction to dispose of the earth and sand in accordance with the safety measures of the nuclear power plant ordered by Kansai Electric Power Co., Inc., the actual work was done in response to the request from the former assistant officers for "Yoshida Development" which was related to the former assistant officer.
