Yaucourt-Bussus castle sold at auction in the Somme

The Château de Yaucourt-Bussus (Somme) will be auctioned this Tuesday afternoon at the court of Amiens (Somme).

The sale is organized at the request of SCP Lebègue Derbise, lawyers for the lord's creditors, reports

The starting price was set at 200,000 euros.

Nearly 500 m2 of surface

The 18th century building will be awarded to the highest bidder when the lights go out.

Several guided tours were organized in March.

The castle of almost 500 m2 has a large living room, a dining room, a large kitchen and a linen room on the ground floor.

Upstairs are six bedrooms and the two bathrooms.

The property also has a cellar, several outbuildings and a 3.5 hectare park.

The castle has also been seen on the TF1 program

twice, in 2014 and 2016.
