The Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office has dismissed a 35-year-old man who was arrested for forcibly touching the body of an elementary school boy in Adachi Ward, Tokyo.
Seven years ago, in 2015, a 35-year-old Korean man living in Kita Ward, Tokyo, called out to a boy in the third grade of elementary school on the streets of Adachi Ward, took him to a nearby parking lot, and forcibly touched his body. Was arrested on suspicion of forced obscenity.
As a result of the investigation, the Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office dismissed the man by the 18th.
The prosecution has not disclosed the reason for the disposition.
