The United Kingdom will send migrants and asylum seekers who arrived illegally on its soil to Rwanda.
Whether they are Syrians, Eritreans or Afghans.
London will initially pay Kigali 144 million euros.
The UN and several NGOs denounce the inhumanity of the project.
